Communist Party Of Swaziland on the Release of Comrade Zonke Dlamini
October 6 at 5:04 AM ·
Comrade Zonke Dlamini has just been released from Mswati' prison - 6 October 2018. Charged under the Terrorism Act, he served a 15-year sentence at the Matsapha Maximum Prison. His only crime was to fight against the Mswati autocracy, fighting for freedom of the people. He comes out of prison, into the bigger prison still ruled by absolute monarch Mswati, in high spirits. He hasn't dropped his spear.
Swaziland remains an undemocratic country, ruled by an absolute monarch since the banning of political parties on 12 April 1973.
It is an interesting coincidence that Comrade Zonke is being released shortly after the Mswati regime conducted its sham elections, where a puppet parliament was elected.
The revolution continues!
Towards a democratic republic!
Towards socialism!
Democracy, Yes!
